00:00:01.935 --> 00:00:03.535
I think the other thing that people need

00:00:03.535 --> 00:00:04.955
to think about as they're looking at new

00:00:04.955 --> 00:00:07.955
data center builds is there needs to be

00:00:07.955 --> 00:00:09.615
this positive benefit to the community.

00:00:09.895 --> 00:00:12.095
So beyond the tax base, are there upgrades

00:00:12.095 --> 00:00:14.915
to the electrical infrastructure or other areas of

00:00:14.915 --> 00:00:17.075
critical resources that you can bring to that

00:00:17.075 --> 00:00:17.495
community?

00:00:17.895 --> 00:00:19.455
And I think those are all discussions that

00:00:19.455 --> 00:00:20.375
should be happening.

00:00:20.675 --> 00:00:23.495
And I think the communities are not just

00:00:23.495 --> 00:00:26.355
emboldened, but they should be asking those tough

00:00:26.355 --> 00:00:27.815
questions. What is this going to do to

00:00:27.815 --> 00:00:29.575
us? What is the impact and how can

00:00:29.575 --> 00:00:30.895
we benefit from this?
