WEBVTT

00:00:01.935 --> 00:00:03.415
So as it comes back to DarkHorse and

00:00:03.415 --> 00:00:05.535
what we're doing, all of our footprint today

00:00:05.535 --> 00:00:08.635
is in an area where we've had very

00:00:08.635 --> 00:00:12.095
constructive and welcomed conversations around data centers.

00:00:12.335 --> 00:00:14.815
We're currently already operating data centers in these

00:00:14.815 --> 00:00:17.855
communities. They're just currently under the Bitcoin mining

00:00:17.855 --> 00:00:20.415
variety and we're actively working through the transformation

00:00:20.415 --> 00:00:22.635
to them to be used for AI and

00:00:22.635 --> 00:00:23.635
HPC computing.
